Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your consideration in choosing our accommodation and understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to both our guests and our commitment to delivering a seamless experience. Please review the following policy details:

Cancellation 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the reservation amount.
Cancellation between 6 and 4 days before check-in: 50% refund of the reservation amount.
Cancellation within 3 days of check-in: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided.
We recommend considering travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances that might lead to cancellations.

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We’re here to assist and ensure your comfort during your stay.

Early Departure

If you must depart early for any reason, you will be charged for the full reservation period. No refunds will be given for early departures.

No Show

If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged for the full reservation period. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Refunds

Due to Unforeseen Circumstances If you must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a natural disaster or a medical emergency, we will provide a full refund of your deposit or reschedule your reservation, subject to availability.

Refunds for Services Not Rendered

If we are unable to provide the services promised in your reservation due to reasons beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of any amounts paid for the services not rendered.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and currency.
