Cancellation within 3 days of check-in: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided.

Due to Unforeseen Circumstances If you must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a natural disaster or a medical emergency, we will provide a full refund of your deposit or reschedule your reservation, subject to availability.
Refunds for Services Not Rendered
If we are unable to provide the services promised in your reservation due to reasons beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of any amounts paid for the services not rendered.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and currency.
